Junior Alliance Program

Mission Statement

The mission of the Junior Alliance Soccer Program shall be to provide the opportunity and training for the youth of the wiregrass area, to learn the game of soccer through the development of individual skill, fitness, teamwork, and fair play.

The Junior Alliance Clinic is an intermediate soccer skill building program designed for  7-10 year old players.  All of the coaches are licensed and sessions will consist of skill training, fitness and having fun.  Training will increase ball control, passing, juggling, teamwork, knowledge of the game and fair play. The clinic will prepare your child for the next level of soccer.  Participants are not required to have soccer experience.

Objectives and Philosophy

The Junior Alliance Staff seeks to fulfill its mission through the pursuit of the following objectives and philosophy:

  • All players will have the opportunity to play.
  • Enjoyment, skill development, fitness and having fun are important goals for players, staff and the program.
  • Passion for soccer -- "love of the game" -- is a specific goal for the program.
  • Sportsmanship is an important goal for the program.
  • The Junior Alliance Soccer program is "child-centered" and promotes personal achievement, teamwork development and fair play.
  • The Junior Alliance is competitive.
  • We strive to have a soccer program of the highest quality.
